Having a super hard time

Dealing with a LOT of family issues.  I've been doing super bad in terms of eating.  I don't even want to weigh in on Friday :(   

Been feeling super down and it's affecting my eating.  I guess wee will see..

So nervous for tomorrow

So my weigh I'm is in about 12 hours.  I just finished with dessert (an apple, even though we have cookies and homemade mocha Flan in the house - go me!).  I want to give myself lots of time to digest and process this food.

But i am sooooo nervous, because i used all my extra weekly points this week.  All.of.them.  Can't stress that enough.  So that freaks me out.  Besides which, yesterday we had company over.  I ate way more than planned.  Meat that i eyeballed for ounces, two baby potatoes, bread, olives, salad, and Flan.  I could cry!  I should have just said no to all the food .  I think it's really going to impact my weight tomorrow. 

Things have been very stressful lately, which i will go into detail on my vlog tomorrow.  But i alternate with wanting to eat everything, and having no appetite.  It's just to cope with the stress, and I'm aware of it.  I'm glad i at least recognize it.

Today i did so much better...  I had oatmeal for breakfast, prosciutto and Muenster cheese on a pita for lunch with 1 serving of chips, strawberries for a snack, 5 ounces of rib eye and a quarter cup of corn for dinner, and my apple for dessert.  I stayed within my points, and used my last two extra weekly points. 

I am going to keep my fingers and toes crossed for tomorrow!

Nervous!!

I am so nervous about tomorrows weigh in.  I'm afraid because my week has not been so great, on Sunday.  I have also been spreading my extra points out over the week instead of having a cheat day.  I don't know how it's going to work. 

Anyway, here was my lunch today.  Italian prosciutto and natural provolone on a pita, toasted and melty.  Sooooo yummy!

I've lost 11 lbs!

Since the beginning of October!  I think we started our weight loss challenge on the second week of October.  So about a lb a week, on average. 

I lost two lbs this week, so i met my mini goal.  I credit a lot of it to starting weight watchers on Sunday.

Today is my cheat day.  I've already started , haha.  I've had a roll with butter and coffee this morning, and am planning on pizza for dinner.

Tomorrow is a new day! ;)

Feeling full.

So I just finished dinner and I feel so full.  It's also 7:15, so that makes is ten times worse.  I feel so uncomfortable because of the fullness, and it's late on top of it. 

I have been doing well, though I notice that when I track my calories, it was below 1200 yesterday and today.  What's up with that, WW?

Anyway, here is a photo of my mountain of dinner.  It was 3/4 cup of rice, and a cup of beef and broccoli from the PF Changs home menu.

Weight watchers

So, I decided to join weight watchers.  I tried it a few years ago, by using free websites online and didn't really love it.  But I officially joined the online WW and am loving the tools. 

I am allowed thirty points.  I am still using mfp, because i want to make sure i am keeping track of calories.  It's going to take some time to get used to using two programs.  But i am excited.  I have this strong feeling that this is going to be a good year in terms of my weight.

Yummy breakfast!

So, i haven't forgotten about my blog.  Just been busy with the holidays.  I'm almost at ten pounds lost since really buckling down and doing this, but have been eating ice cream cake this week, courtesy of birthdays!  Weigh in is tomorrow morning and i think i already know its going to be a maintain.

But, the cake is finally gone as of yesterday so I'm back at it again!  This morning was super yummy.  I made a pita pocket of scrambled eggs, 1 slice of bacon, red pepper, a tiny bit of milk, a tiny amount of sargento four cheese blend, and a teaspoon of mild salsa.  Paired with some coffee, it was a filling breakfast!  Picture attached.

For lunch, i made a wrap of organic provolone and turkey and a little bit of mayo.  I had water on the side.

For dinner, i made chicken lo mein.  It was pretty decent, and only about 250 calories per serving.  I had calories to spare so i eyeballed it.  I had diet Pepsi on the side and am currently drinking water.  It feels good to be done with dinner by 6:15.  I hate going to bed feeling full.
