So last week i did not blog at all but i lost, if i remember right, 1.2lbs. This week i lost 1.4lbs, but have yet to vlog about it. I plan on recording tomorrow morning.
Things have been super difficult. my mom has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, which is an incurable cancer. Lots of crying in the dark at night in secret, to stay strong for her. Lots of praying, bargaining, anger...and that is just me. She had been doing plenty of it on her own.
I'm scared of what will happen. She is on meds, including chemo, to get it in remission. But I'm staying strong for her. And its given me reason and determination to get healthy. I didn't hit my goal of 5x bike last week (only did two days), but starting this week off strong. My weight loss week starts on Fridays, and I've gone on the bike yesterday and today. 30 minutes yesterday, 20 today.
I've only eaten about 1100 calories today and burned 200-300 on the bike, but I'm not hungry. I know its because of what has been going on, but i won't force myself.
Anyway, i am determined to hit the 180's this Friday.
