Yay for exercise!

I am currently on the bike right now after a long day.  Hopping on it after work is a routine now, really.  This is my seventh time this week.  Yes that's right.. A full week of cardio!  I go for 35 minutes and also increased my resistance. 

Weigh in is in the am.  I was 188 last week.  Crossing my fingers to hit 185 this week.  I saw 186 a few days ago, so it could be possible. 

I have been eating pretty well points/calorie wise, but the quality could be better.  But it's a learning process!
