so, here i am at exactly 1 week in to my lifestyle change.
i didn't see big results. i've lost 5.6lbs.
but! i have not yet been exercising.
i *was* walking 4 miles a day, but it stopped right around the time i was packing up my classroom, and all the other hectic things teachers do at the end of the year!
so, starting today i am going to pick that up. oh, sure, not 4 miles straight away, but i def. want to do some form of exercise.
i am considering doing the P90x things, because someone has them that wants to give them to me.
we'll see.
but definitely some kind of exercise , regularly!
it's 1pm, and i have yet to eat anything.
i'm so lazy, that i can't get myself out of bed! but as soon as i finish this, it's time for some coffee and maybe some eggs with toast.
i am still debating what's for dinner tonight.
i'll update later!
