So today is going well. I finally got my period a few days ago. It's the first time that I am actually tracking my period, using my handy dandy app on my phone. In doing so, I've discovered that either my periods are not regular (they used to not be, for sure, when I was younger) or just really really long cycles! This past cycle was 45 days, a far cry from the standard '28'. Anyway, so dealing with lots of cramping and bloating.
But, anyway... I am up a lb, which I am assuming is from all of that. I ate my butter roll and coffee for breakfast (I know, I know...I need to start getting more crafty in the morning and also wake.up.earlier!), and had a protein bar for lunch. For dinner, I had a chicken & salad wrap, which was okay. Even with my planned snack of chocolate covered pretzels (hello, sweet and salty cravings!), it's still only about 1300 calories or so.
Sounds good to me!
